Please note, the first time your school requests funds from the apprenticeship levy account you need to read the
Education Skills Funding Agency Apprenticeship Agreement for Employers
. The Agreement sets out the terms for use of the Apprenticeship Service by the Employer and the obligations by which the Employer agrees to be bound.
